Quality Controller

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Quality Controller to join our Bahrain operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across our joinery, metal‑work, and shop‑fitting manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality systems, policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality systems on the shop floor.
• Identify potential quality lapses and implement preventive measures.
• Establish testing criteria and standards in collaboration with the Production head.
• Define, manage, and monitor all testing processes and resources.
• Conduct daily quality control audits and assess product conformity.
• Investigate quality incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain standardized quality plans and communicate audit results to management.
• Verify that procured materials meet defined specifications.
• Liaise with purchase, production, and setting‑out teams to ensure quality at each stage.
• Supervise the quality control team and monitor product timelines for timely testing.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in a shop‑fitting or joinery manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quality Management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common shop‑fitting materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multinational setting.
