Quality Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Quality Engineer to join its manufacturing team. You will help maintain a robust Quality Management System and ensure our iconic brands meet the highest specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the QMS (ISO 9001, QMSR, ETQ).
• Lead internal audits, CAPA/QNC processes and ensure audit readiness.
• Manage non‑conforming materials and quality incidents.
• Support external audits and guarantee regulatory compliance.
• Drive supplier quality through SCARs, audits and performance tracking.
• Conduct Gemba walks and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate training and capability building on quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering/Science with ≥ 2 years experience (or Diploma with ≥ 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, CAPA and ISO 9001.
• Internal Auditor certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt advantageous.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
