Quantitative Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Quantitative Developer to design, build and operate AI‑driven software products at enterprise scale. The role combines strong mathematical foundations with software engineering excellence to deliver production‑grade machine‑learning solutions for finance and heavy‑industry clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain production‑grade software features end‑to‑end.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data exploration, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and optimisation.
• Build data pipelines and platforms that transform large multi‑modal data (videos, documents, time‑series) into decision‑ready outputs.
• Create analytics that drive client decision‑making and shape AI‑powered product ideas.
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, testing, CI/CD and the use of AI coding assistants.

Required profile

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building and deploying software products, including AI/ML models in production.
• Strong mathematical and statistical background (probability, statistics, linear algebra, optimisation).
• Independent problem‑solver with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
