Quantity Surveyor – 10+ Years Experience (GCC Preferred)

About the role

Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support infrastructure and construction projects, with a focus on highways and roads. Candidates with GCC or Bahrain experience are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Carry out quantity take‑off from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare tender and contract documents and evaluate contractor quotations.
• Assess variations, claims and contractor payments.
• Monitor project costs, prepare financial reports and review payment certificates.
• Coordinate with design, project and contract teams and attend technical/commercial meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation and contract administration for infrastructure projects.
• Masters (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in GCC/Bahrain projects is preferred.
