About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, and high‑net‑worth individuals to promote real estate opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Bahrain's real estate market, including pricing, trends, and new developments.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiate terms to close deals efficiently.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent after‑sales service to retain clients and generate repeat business.

Required profile

• Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with a proven track record in property sales.
• Strong market knowledge of Bahrain's real estate sector.
• Ability to close high‑value deals and manage a network of clients and investors.
