About the role
Red Scarf is recruiting an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join a client’s team in Bahrain. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on driving property sales from lead generation to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, respond to enquiries and present suitable property options.
- Support the sales process through negotiations, contract preparation and closing.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with buyers and investors.
Required profile
- Proven experience in real‑estate sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Bahrain property market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and organise tasks effectively.
- Relevant diploma, degree or professional qualification is a plus.
Required skills
- CRM experience.
