Regional Sales Manager – Expand

About the role

Thales is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Expand to drive revenue growth and increase market share for its CIAM solutions across Europe. You will work closely with marketing, product, and professional services to deepen relationships with existing customers and expand the adoption of OneWelcome services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers' challenges and map OneWelcome’s portfolio to their business goals.
• Drive customer engagement, product adoption, and act as the trusted CIAM partner.
• Identify and develop upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the existing installed base.
• Manage contract renewal cycles, minimize attrition and ensure service agreements are in place.
• Coordinate service delivery, SLAs, and professional service engagements.
• Maintain strong relationships with C‑level stakeholders, program managers and digital leads.

Required profile

• Proven consultative sales experience in a B2B technology environment.
• Strong ability to understand and translate customer strategies into solution proposals.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on retention, upselling and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Experience with CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) solutions.
