About the role
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high‑quality dining experience for guests. This role combines leadership of front‑ and back‑of‑house teams with a focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to control costs and maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Drive sales initiatives and monitor key performance indicators to improve revenue.
Required profile
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make quick decisions.
