Retail Sales Specialist – Luxury Retail (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Specialist to join our luxury fragrance boutique in Bahrain. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all company policies, health & safety standards, dress code, and cash handling procedures.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor KPIs such as conversion rate and average transaction value.
• Provide personalized fragrance recommendations, handle inquiries, complaints and build lasting customer relationships.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, place reorders and ensure proper labeling and rotation.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures, conduct visual checks and support investigations of inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with visual merchandising, POS operations, store opening/closing duties and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• 5‑15 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fragrance or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance families, notes, longevity and suitability for occasions.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work with KPI metrics.
• Commitment to compliance with store policies, health & safety, and loss‑prevention protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
