Room Service Order Taker (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team as a Room Service Order Taker. You will be the first point of contact for guests requesting in‑room dining, ensuring every order is taken accurately and delivered promptly, while showcasing the warmth and hospitality that define the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Answer room‑service calls, announce specials, promote menu items and answer guest questions about preparation methods.
• Document orders, repeat items back for accuracy, quote expected arrival times and input orders into the point‑of‑sale system.
• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and maintain a consistently high level of service.
• Process payments, verify totals, manage tips, cash drawer and house accounts in line with accounting guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and compliant with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
