Sales Account Manager (IT Services)

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts in Bahrain, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term retention. Based in Manama, you will work on‑site with internal technical and consulting teams to deliver tailored IT and consulting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary liaison.
• Understand client business needs and coordinate delivery of IT and consulting services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts and renewals.
• Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to align solutions with client objectives.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and produce regular performance reports.
• Proactively address client issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in business development activities and market outreach.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling IT and consulting services in Bahrain or GCC.
• Strong client relationship and account management capabilities.
• Proven business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulatory and data‑privacy frameworks.
