Sales Assistant – Retail (Al Seef, Bahrain)

About the role
The Sales Assistant will support the store’s sales objectives while delivering a welcoming and professional experience for every customer. Working on the shop floor, you will ensure the store remains safe, clean, and organized, and you will assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in line with store standards.
- Greet customers promptly, provide accurate product information, and thank them on departure to encourage repeat visits.
- Deliver high‑quality service in fitting rooms, follow up with customers, and keep the cash‑wrap area tidy.
- Operate the cash wrap efficiently, promote gift cards, and accurately capture customer data.
- Support sales initiatives and look for opportunities to increase store revenue.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for at least 8 hours per shift.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
