Sales Associate – Bahrain

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Bahrain store and represent an international bags and accessories brand. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience while upholding the brand’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional, engaging manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of features, materials and collections.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines and the store remains tidy.
• Support stock management, replenishment and inventory activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positively represent the brand at all times.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in bags, accessories, fashion, luxury or premium retail.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Sales‑driven attitude with a passion for meeting targets.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in Bahrain or the GCC is an advantage.
