Sales Associate – Luxury Retail (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team in Bahrain. You will be the face of the brand, delivering personalized fragrance recommendations and driving sales while upholding the highest standards of service and store presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all company policies, health & safety standards, dress code, and cash handling procedures.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor KPIs such as conversion rate and average transaction value.
• Provide consultative fragrance advice, handle customer inquiries, complaints and loyalty program engagement.
• Manage inventory on the sales floor, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate reorders to avoid stockouts.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures, conduct visual inspections and support investigations of discrepancies.
• Assist with visual merchandising, window displays, promotional setups and store opening/closing tasks.

Required profile

• 2–15 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Strong commitment to policy compliance, health & safety, and professional appearance.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent customer service skills with a consultative approach.
• Attention to detail in inventory control and loss‑prevention.
