Tender Specialist – Vendor Registration & Bidding

About the role

Axipro is seeking a proactive Tender Specialist to lead vendor registrations and manage bidding processes across key regions including the GCC, UK and USA. You will ensure compliance, track opportunities and prepare winning proposals for high‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Register Axipro as an approved vendor on government, semi‑government and enterprise procurement portals in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, the UK and the USA, maintaining all required compliance documents.
• Monitor e‑procurement portals and daily bidding channels to identify relevant RFQs, RFPs and EOIs for GRC, cybersecurity and compliance services.
• Analyse tender eligibility, timelines and scope, and coordinate with technical and management teams to draft technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare accurate pricing models, project timelines and tailored service packages, ensuring error‑free submissions ahead of deadlines.
• Follow up with client procurement teams, handle clarification requests and maintain a centralized pipeline of active tenders.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in tender management, bidding or corporate procurement, preferably with exposure to GCC or Western procurement frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic is a plus for GCC tenders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple overlapping deadlines and complex compliance documentation.

Required skills

• Familiarity with major e‑procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba or equivalent regional systems.
• Experience with compliance automation tools like Vanta and Drata.
