Sales Associate – Retail

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the Apparel Group brand by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the store. You will ensure the store maintains visual standards, manage transactions efficiently, and support promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club AIVI Loyalty Program and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock layout according to guidelines.
• Handle POS transactions, cash till reconciliation, and issue receipts, refunds, or vouchers accurately.
• Monitor inventory movements and record inward/outward stock.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, security procedures, and confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional attitude.
• Strong product knowledge of the group’s brands.
• Willingness to work varied hours and overtime as needed.
• Attention to detail to minimise stock loss.
