Sales Consultant – Middle East Region

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Sales Consultant to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the Middle East, keeping the company competitive and innovative. The role is based in Oman or Bahrain with regional travel as required.

Key responsibilities

• Business development in the region
• Daily proactive prospecting
• Key relationship building and management
• Devise and execute appropriate marketing and promotional efforts
• Achieve growth and meet sales targets successfully
• Set objectives for each client offering
• Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to management
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying aware of new products and competition

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a sales representative or executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (finance‑related services a plus)
• Ability to understand key financial indicators
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all company levels
• Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
• Strong business sense and diverse industry expertise
• Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to manage key customer accounts
• 3‑5 years of B2B corporate sales experience
