About the role
We are seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to join our remote team and help generate new business opportunities. The SDR will work closely with Account Executives to qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective customers and target accounts.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, social media, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
- Maintain accurate prospect interaction records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation.
- Track outreach activities and pipeline metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a desire to exceed targets.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
