About the role
The Sales Executive will join Amalfi Foods in Manama to drive growth of its premium baked goods and confectionery portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets and supporting the company’s market expansion across Bahrain.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG food sector.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with production, marketing and logistics teams to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing accounts.
- Occasionally travel to client sites or trade events as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
