Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join Talabat’s Bahrain team. You will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant and retail partners, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them succeed on our fast‑growing food‑delivery platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new restaurant and retail partners through field sales, cold calling and networking.
• Generate and qualify leads via research, outreach, referrals and market mapping to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Present Talabat’s value proposition, negotiate commercial agreements and close deals.
• Onboard new partners and ensure smooth integration into the platform.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long‑term collaboration.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (account management, marketing, operations) to ensure partner success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of field‑sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce, FMCG or technology startups.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
