Sales Executive – Technical Consultant

About the role

Gradiant, a leading water‑treatment solutions provider, is seeking a Sales Executive / Technical Consultant to drive sales growth in the Middle East region. The role combines business development with deep technical support for specialty water‑treatment chemicals across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to target industries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Generate inquiries and leads for specialty water‑treatment chemicals across various system types and sectors.
• Provide regular reports on potential sales, market information, client activities, and lead status to management.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tenders for water‑treatment chemical programs, coordinating with procurement, finance, and management.
• Draft comprehensive proposals including technical methodologies, dosage calculations, compliance matrices, and commercial justifications.
• Engage in technical clarifications, negotiations, and post‑tender follow‑ups.
• Manage key client accounts, delivering customized interactions and value‑driven service.
• Act as a technical consultant on retainer for strategic clients, offering expert guidance during and after project implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales & business development.
• Experience in tender and proposal management.
• Ability to manage key client accounts and deliver technical consultancy.
• Strong technical understanding of specialty water‑treatment chemicals.
