Sales & Logistics Administrator

About the role

The Sales & Logistics Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Sales Department, ensuring smooth processing of quotations, sales orders, and procurement activities. The role bridges the gap between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee timely product delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations and enter sales orders into the ERP system.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for material supply.
• Liaise with customers on order status, delivery dates, and product availability.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales, purchasing, and customer records.
• Assist with tenders, contracts, and related sales documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, report stock issues, and coordinate imports and customs clearance.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.
• Prepare sales and logistics reports as required.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with company policies and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of sales administration, procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in prioritising tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Commitment to health and safety policies and participation in HSE training.
