Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Marassi Galleria)

About the role

As a Store Manager for Penhaligons at Marassi Galleria, you will lead the luxury retail outlet, driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional experience for VIP customers. You will oversee daily operations, develop your team, and ensure the brand’s standards are consistently applied across all touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values in every customer and team interaction.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and generate future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, products and competitors, providing feedback to back‑office teams.
• Leverage both online and offline sales channels to create a hybrid, omnichannel experience.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent; foster a positive, trust‑based work environment.
• Coach team members, monitor development plans and handle performance improvement processes transparently.
• Promote clienteling techniques, especially for VIPs, using data‑driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with all sales and operational policies.
