About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. This role works closely with internal teams to uncover new business opportunities and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximise performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing sales targets, KPIs, and team performance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
