Sales Manager – Passenger Light & Truck Tires (Bahrain)

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of the sales strategy for passenger light‑vehicle and truck tires across Bahrain, supporting Continental’s partner network and aligning with regional business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the market sales strategy, business plans and channel strategies for import partners.
• Balance partner needs with Continental targets, applying OEM dealer strategies and sell‑out pricing guidelines.
• Forecast sales, monitor KPIs, analyse costs and market trends, and track order fulfillment.
• Conduct customer visits, manage sell‑in vs sell‑out performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and update commercial contracts, activate new accounts and provide business consultancy.
• Serve as the main interface with Continental’s internal functions, ensuring partner needs are communicated and addressed.
• Deliver product presentations, training and launch events, and coach partner sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in the automotive sector, preferably the tire industry.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience and 3 years of market experience.
