Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

Turbo Pay is seeking a full‑time Sales & Marketing Specialist to join its team in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. You will drive new business acquisition, manage the sales pipeline, and promote Turbo Pay’s cashless tipping, payment and donation solutions to merchants, service providers and charitable organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, service and nonprofit sectors.
• Present Turbo Pay solutions, conduct product demonstrations and negotiate agreements.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and ongoing support for new clients.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, market positioning and product enhancements.
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to inform strategy and drive adoption.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Ability to deliver training and product demonstrations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Background in marketing or fintech‑related sales, preferably with digital payments experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kuwait City and travel locally to meet clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
