Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions and operational improvements. You will collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to drive data‑informed strategies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to support decision‑making.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and analytical goals.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.
• Support forecasting, performance tracking, and business analysis initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers and technical teams to improve data processes and structures.
• Automate reporting workflows and optimize analysis efficiency.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
