Senior Food & Beverage Service Expert – Thai Lounge

About the role

The Senior F&B Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at the Thai Lounge. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring service excellence from the moment guests are seated until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming ambience.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service supplies.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies, including uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and meet the physical demands described.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
