Senior Marketing Executive (6‑month contract)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing the annual and long‑term strategic marketing plan for Bahrain. This 6‑month fixed‑term position involves coordinating activities, managing budgets, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in creating the annual and long‑term strategic marketing plan.
• Coordinate the weekly marketing activity plan and keep it updated.
• Translate marketing roadmaps into detailed activity plans, liaising with head office and stakeholders.
• Maintain the annual events calendar for Bahrain, adding new events promptly for decision‑making.
• Work with Procurement to source advertising opportunities and place adverts in press and radio.
• Manage design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring adequate inventory.
• Organise corporate photo shoots and communicate with target audiences.
• Arrange VIP receptions, launches, road shows, tours, and exhibitions.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and monitor competitor activity.
• Prioritise marketing projects, capture requirements from sales and third‑party stakeholders, and track issues.
• Ensure all branding assets comply with brand guidelines.
• Define and manage the brand’s annual operating budget, monitoring variances.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, coordinate with Finance and Procurement, and track project costs in the database.
• Update the Marketing Project Activity Plan weekly and assist with invoice follow‑ups.
• Maintain adherence to marketing processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develop marketing plans, strategies, and project schedules, and prepare reports and presentations.
