About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to lead our brand initiatives and drive customer engagement across all channels. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with central marketing functions (creative, digital, social, events, PR, media buying, CI).
  • Oversee social media planning and community management aligned with sales, service, and call‑center teams.
  • Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for assigned brands.
  • Support performance‑marketing efforts and integrate campaigns with CRM platforms for measurement (CPL/ROI).
  • Research and implement best practices from OEM partners and global markets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate identity (CI) and visual guidelines (VI).
  • Track campaign performance with CRM teams and optimize results.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize demographic and psychographic data for targeted campaigns.
  • Enhance customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Manage documentation, permits, and vehicle preparation for marketing activities.
  • Uphold branding standards through signage and showroom audits.
  • Maintain organized records, meeting minutes, and marketing archives.
  • Define clear roles, tasks, and deliverables within the marketing team.
  • Promote and adhere to Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality policies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in a relevant marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple campaigns.
  • Experience planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
