Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to lead brand management, campaign execution and digital engagement across all customer touchpoints. The successful candidate will translate strategic marketing goals into measurable initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with central marketing functions (creative, digital, social, events, PR, media buying, CI).
• Oversee social media planning and community management in line with sales, service and call‑center teams.
• Assist in budgeting and performance‑marketing activities, integrating campaigns with CRM platforms for CPL/ROI measurement.
• Research best practices from OEM partners and global markets, and implement them locally.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Maintain brand corporate identity (CI) and visual guidelines (VI) across all assets.
• Track campaign performance with CRM teams, analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity.
• Manage documentation, permits and vehicle preparation, and uphold branding standards through signage and showroom audits.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, Safety and Quality policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong strategic planning ability and proven track record of maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
