Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will independently lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from client hand‑over to final site delivery. You will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating all on‑site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project on site, from possession to hand‑over.
• Define project scope, schedule, performance targets and resource plans.
• Maximise efficiency of labour, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee vendor and trade management.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage cost, time, quality, contract administration and safety throughout the project.
• Identify potential design or construction issues that could lead to disputes.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Strong technical and execution capabilities.
• Background with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
