Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from handover to completion, working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires strong technical execution and the ability to coordinate all aspects of construction on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle on site, from client possession to final handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Optimize resource use (labour, materials, equipment) to meet project targets.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee vendor and trade management.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients and uphold safety, quality, cost and time controls.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Proven technical and execution capabilities in fit‑out contracting environments.
• Experience working with in‑house workforces of professional fit‑out companies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a multinational setting.
• Valid local driving licence.
