Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead moderately sized infrastructure projects in Manama, Bahrain. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, coordinating technical, financial and client‑facing aspects while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise all operations and activities of assigned projects, aligning with organisational objectives and client expectations.
• Manage technical, financial and client‑satisfaction areas using consistent processes, tools and best practices.
• Develop project strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and execute projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and mentor small to medium‑sized, cross‑functional teams, including remote members and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control budgets, timelines and resources, analyse risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress against metrics, identify issues early and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to fulfil requirements and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare detailed documentation, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
