Senior Retail Sales Executive - Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Sales Executive – Automotive to lead our showroom team in Bahrain. The role involves driving sales of new and pre‑owned vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding the premium standards of our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial customer contact to finalisation.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for new and pre‑owned vehicles.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle features, financing options and market trends.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the product portfolio, market trends and competitor activities.
• Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and supporting team development.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming showroom environment.
• Handle complex negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Complete all sales documentation and administrative tasks accurately and timely.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a senior automotive retail role.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive products, technology and the Bahrain market.
• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.
