Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Watches (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Associate with Arabic language skills to join a leading luxury watch retailer in Bahrain. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect timepiece while delivering an exceptional boutique experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and service queries.
• Advise clients on the most suitable watch collections based on their preferences.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Handle new product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure continuous stock replenishment and store cleanliness.
• Implement store‑level CRM processes and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with the Customer Care Centre for after‑sales service.
• Generate daily sales reports and follow all cash‑handling and ordering procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent presentation and selling abilities.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic speaking is required.
• Immaculately groomed with a professional appearance.
• Basic numerical aptitude and comfort with IT tools.
