Senior Solutions Architect / Chief Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled architecture professional to design, evaluate, and guide the development of scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions. The role translates business and technical requirements into architectural strategies and works closely with engineering, product, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain solution, application, cloud, and enterprise architecture strategies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable architectural solutions.
• Design system architectures, technical frameworks, integrations, APIs, and technology platforms.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, patterns, documentation, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective implementation of designs.
• Assess technical risks, scalability, security, performance, availability, and operational considerations.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution proposals, and decision documents.
• Support cloud adoption, digital transformation, system modernization, and platform improvement initiatives.
• Ensure integration with existing applications, databases, services, and third‑party platforms.
• Work with security teams to incorporate security, identity, access, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams.
• Review proposed technical solutions and recommend architecture, design, and technology choices.
• Promote best practices for scalability, reliability, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Communicate architectural concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders and contribute to long‑term roadmaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, cloud computing, infrastructure, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale solutions and leading technical initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear architectural strategies.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and influencing technical decisions.
