Senior Specialist Business & Executive Support (6-Month Assignment)

About the role

This is a temporary 6-month assignment as Senior Specialist Business & Executive Support. The role provides strategic, analytical and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer by coordinating key business priorities, supporting informed decision-making and driving the execution of cross-functional initiatives and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop practical recommendations and actionable insights to support business and management decisions
• Assist in developing and refining strategic plans, business initiatives and priority programs
• Analyse business performance, market developments, industry trends and competitive dynamics
• Prepare presentations, reports and decision-support materials for leadership meetings and management reviews
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of business priorities and action plans across functions and stakeholders
• Lead and support special assignments, strategic projects and business improvement initiatives
• Support evaluation of strategic options, commercial arrangements, investment decisions and business proposals, including scenario analysis
• Coordinate executive meetings, business reviews and leadership forums, prepare agendas, minutes and track actions
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and governance requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline
• Approximately 7-10 years of broad professional experience, ideally in general management, business planning, projects, consulting, commercial or cross-functional roles
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across functions in a dynamic environment

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, including executive presentations, business cases and reports
• Good understanding of commercial and contractual matters
• Strategic acumen, analytical and critical thinking skills
