Senior Valuations & Business Modeling Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Valuations and Business Modeling Executive to join EY Parthenon’s Strategy & Transactions team in Manama. You will support MENA‑based oil and gas clients with strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair‑market‑value documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform valuation calculations and financial analyses for large oil and gas engagements.
• Develop and review detailed financial models for energy businesses, including M&A, purchase price allocations and fair value assignments.
• Research industry trends, analyze target companies and comparable quoted firms.
• Respond to client queries, attend internal and external meetings, and present findings.
• Draft presentations, reports and valuation documentation for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• Minimum 3 years of valuation experience with oil & gas or energy clients.
• Experience in M&A, purchase price allocation and fair valuation projects.
• Progress toward a CFA, CA or similar professional qualification.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
