SEO Specialist – Search Engine Optimization Expert

About the role

The SEO Specialist will design, implement and optimise SEO strategies to boost website visibility, organic traffic and search rankings. You will work closely with content, development and marketing teams to ensure digital assets align with search engine best practices and user intent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, analyse search trends and develop keyword strategies for various digital assets.
• Perform on‑page optimisation including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking and image attributes.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawlability, indexing, site architecture, broken links, page speed and mobile usability.
• Monitor organic performance, track rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions and backlinks, and produce regular analytical reports.
• Carry out competitor analysis, uncover content gaps and recommend backlink opportunities.
• Collaborate with writers, developers, designers and marketers to implement SEO recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms and organic search strategies.
• Experience with keyword research, search intent analysis and content optimisation.
• Knowledge of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO practices.
