Service Supervisor

About the role

Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead daily service activities, support customers and dealers, and ensure high‑quality field service operations for generator and material handling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field service operations, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Lead service engineers and technicians in troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and maintenance according to company standards.
• Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and internal teams for complex issues.
• Conduct site visits for critical breakdowns, warranty cases, and customer escalations.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, dealers, and service teams.
• Monitor warranty cases, technical complaints, and field issues, ensuring proper documentation and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar service supervision role within industrial equipment.
• Technical background with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience presenting technical training content to groups.
