Showroom Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive – Showroom will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting Kenz Furnishing’s flagship showroom in Tubli, Bahrain. You will understand client needs, provide design‑focused advice and recommend suitable furnishing and décor solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing the sales process from quotation to order fulfilment while maintaining a welcoming showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage showroom visitors, assess their furnishing and décor requirements.
• Present product collections, prepare quotations and process orders in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update customers on order status.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Keep the showroom organized, visually appealing and well‑stocked.

Required profile

• Proven showroom or retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, interiors or décor.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with consultative selling abilities.
• Professional appearance, reliable work ethic and team‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bahrain, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with capacity to meet or exceed sales targets.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Comfort using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
