Site Watchman

About the role

A client in Manama, Bahrain is looking for a reliable Site Watchman to protect its premises, equipment and people. The role involves monitoring the site, responding to alarms and supporting visitors while maintaining a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, checking entrances, buildings, equipment and vulnerable zones for security risks.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, damage, unauthorized access or any incidents.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, escalating issues as required.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents and unusual occurrences.
• Ensure security equipment and systems are functional and report any faults.
• Provide basic assistance to employees and visitors while upholding site security procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in security, watchman duties or site monitoring is an advantage.
• Vigilant with strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of conducting regular patrols.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of security practices and emergency procedures.
