Watchman

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Watchman to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Ensure security systems are functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, preparing detailed incident reports.
• Maintain a daily activity log, noting any unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement security protocols.
• Assist employees and visitors, providing a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on security best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in security or as a watchman is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
