Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We are a digital‑first organization looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging videos, graphics and copy for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. The role involves developing content that strengthens our brand presence and drives audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form and long‑form social media content including videos, reels, shorts, graphics, stories and posts.
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals, campaigns and audience interests.
• Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
• Film, edit and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Write compelling captions, hooks and social media copy.
• Monitor trends, hashtags and viral opportunities.
• Engage with online communities and support audience interaction initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and content teams on campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and recommend optimization strategies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Content, Journalism or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and creative thinking abilities.
• Portfolio or examples of social media content creation work.
