Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence. The role combines content strategy, social media management, and performance analysis to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Plan editorial calendars, set publishing schedules, and coordinate multi‑channel campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts and digital platforms, creating and publishing posts, responding to audience interactions, and maintaining a professional online presence.
• Produce a variety of digital assets including posts, articles, blogs, videos, graphics, newsletters, landing‑page copy, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, video specialists, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Monitor audience behavior, trending topics, competitor activity, and platform updates to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and run campaigns that attract, educate, engage, and retain target audiences.
• Track content performance using analytics and reporting tools, reporting on reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and other key metrics.
• Work closely with sales, product, customer service, PR, SEO, paid media, and business development teams to ensure consistent messaging.
