Social Media Executive / Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, digitally‑savvy Social Media Executive / Specialist to own and grow our brand’s presence across multiple platforms. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to boost brand awareness and support sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand identity and commercial goals.
• Manage daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and other relevant channels.
• Create, edit and publish photos, videos, Reels, Stories, graphics and copy that reflect luxury positioning.
• Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars and coordinate shoots with photographers, videographers and influencers.
• Plan and run campaigns for product launches, promotions, events and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, platform updates and emerging content formats.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages and reviews.
• Support influencer collaborations, UGC programs and paid social campaigns.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROAS) and produce regular reports with recommendations.
• Conduct competitor and market research to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing or content marketing.
• Proven track record managing social accounts for a brand, retailer, luxury or consumer‑facing business.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, visual identity and luxury positioning.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft engaging copy.
