Software and Process Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Camunda Engineer to design, develop, and optimize business process automation solutions using the Camunda Platform. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams to automate workflows and integrate enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain business workflows using Camunda BPM / Camunda Platform 7 or 8.
• Create and maintain BPMN, DMN, and CMMN process models.
• Develop workflow services and process orchestration components using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate Camunda with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize process performance and workflow execution.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years experience with Camunda BPM / Camunda Platform and 5+ years overall software development.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
