About the role

Join Hilton’s award‑winning hospitality team as a Sous Chef for CLAW BBQ. You will lead daily kitchen operations, inspire your crew, and create memorable dining experiences that reflect the brand’s commitment to warmth and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership and real‑time coaching to kitchen staff, focusing on outlet or banquet service.
• Manage daily production lists, conduct line checks, and expedite service periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials.
• Foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams for seamless service.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
