Store Manager – Bahrain (International Bags Brand)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Bahrain outlet for an international bags and accessories brand. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store’s daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed store targets and KPIs.
• Coach, develop and motivate the sales team to maximise individual and store performance.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines and company policies.
• Monitor sales, stock and operational performance, taking corrective actions when required.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily store activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports.
• Uphold a high standard of store presentation and overall brand image.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Store Manager in retail.
• Background in bags, accessories, luxury, premium or fashion retail is highly preferred.
• Experience with an international or recognised brand is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and people‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• Commercial and customer‑service mindset.
• Good command of English.
• GCC/Bahrain retail experience is preferred.
